1 to 1 Replacement Warranty

• Warranty coverage includes, but is not limited to, manufacturer defects, product malfunctions, sizing issues and incompatible dog personalities within 60 days of purchase
• Warranty does not cover damage caused by pet’s chewing, tearing or other defacement as well as common wear from use, or the use with dogs that exceed the weight and height limits set for each model
• Warranty does not apply for international customers.
• Customers are responsible for their own packaging materials and shipping cost for warranty exchanges

Defective Items

• Please notify us within 3 days if you received a defective item. All manufacturer defect item returns must be free of all fur/hair/dirt and with tags still attached. Strictly no exchange/refund will be given if items are without tags attached
• If the same size/design is not available, a refund will be issued
• A shipping label will be emailed to you to be printed out for the return of the defective item. Furrplay will cover the shipping cost of the defective and new exchanged product being shipped out to the customer
