Returns & Exchanges

  • Please notify Furrplay Store within 7 days of receiving the item if you wish to return an item. If in doubt, please email us at info@furrplay.sg  

  • All items must be unworn or unused, in it's original packaging with tags attached. 

  • Sender is responsible for all shipping costs upon returning or exchanging of items

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt to be eligible 

  • Returns of goods are only accepted if the goods are in the same condition as when they were received. If items are sent in a sealed vacuumed pack it has to be returned unopened in exactly the same manner for hygiene purposes

  • Only regular priced items are eligible, unfortunately sale and promo items cannot be refunded or exchanged

  • Please send items via a traceable method and retain a tracking number. We can not be responsible if products are not received

  • Returns will be credited to original payment method used only

  • We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged by our end

  • Food and any perishable items, as well as cat or dog toys are non returnable or exchangeable

  • We do not accept exchanges for wrong sizes during orders. Please measure your pets correctly before placing an order, if you have any questions regarding the sizes please send us an email

  • Strictly no exchange or returns for international orders
