Returns & Exchanges
- We regret to inform you that we do not entertain changes of mind or size discrepancies after placing an order. We strongly advise our customers to accurately measure their pets before making a purchase and double-check their orders. In case you have any queries regarding sizes, please don't hesitate to chat with us, and we'll be happy to assist you in finding the correct sizing for your pet.
- We will only process refunds or exchanges for defective or damaged items caused by us. Please notify us within two days of receiving the item via email at email@example.com, including clear snapshots of the defective area.
- To be eligible for refunds or exchanges, items must be in their original, unused, and unworn condition with tags attached and packaging intact. Returns are only accepted if the goods are in the same condition as when they were received. Please note that exchanges and returns are subject to approval on a case-by-case basis. Items must be returned within seven days of receipt to be eligible.
- Please use a traceable method to send the items back and retain a tracking number. We cannot be held responsible if items are not received. Upon receiving your returned item, we will check it and process the refund, including the return shipping fee, via the same payment mode used for the purchase.
Sale items, food, perishable items, and cat or dog toys are non-returnable or exchangeable.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders.
