Returns & Exchanges

  • Changed of minds or wrong sizes during ordering will strictly not be entertained. Please measure your pets correctly before placing an order, double check your order, if you have any questions regarding the sizes, do chat with us before placing your order. We will be happy to assist you on finding the correct sizing for your pet.

  • We will only issue refunds or exchange items if they are defective or damaged by our end. Please notify us within 2 days of receiving the item via email at info@furrplay.com. The email must include snapshots of the area of defect clearly.

  • Any items that are eligible for refund/exchange must be unworn and unused, in its original packaging with tags attached. Returns of goods are only accepted if the goods are in the same condition as when they were received. Please note that exchanges and returns are done on a case to case basis. Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt to be eligible.

  • Please send items via a traceable method and retain a tracking number. We cannot be responsible if items are not received. Upon receiving your returned item, we will check the item and process the refund with the return shipping fee via the same payment mode you used to purchase the item.

  • Sale items, food and any perishable items, as well as cat or dog toys are non returnable or exchangeable. 

  • Strictly no exchange or returns for international orders.
