All orders within Singapore that exceed S$68 are eligible for free delivery. A flat fee of S$3.90 applies to orders below that amount. Unless otherwise specified, all in-stock items are dispatched within 1-2 working days upon order confirmation. Delivery is expected to be made within 2-3 working days, between 9am to 10pm.

We also offer Same Day Delivery (within 4 hours) on Mondays to Friday for a fee of S$12 onwards depending on your postal code. If you wish to avail of this service, please WhatsApp us at 9655 9587 after placing your order. All orders must be placed by 5.45 pm to qualify for same day delivery.

For international orders, shipping rates for small parcels begin at S$28. For larger or multiple items, please contact us through Live Chat or email at hello@furrplay.com, as our shipping rates may not accurately reflect the final amount during checkout. Please allow for 10-15 working days for shipping to most countries.
